As an Assistant Store Managers you will support the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels and handling any other task assigned by the Store Manager.
Criteria
- Previous experience as Supervisor or similar roles.
- The ability to quickly become educated on your products,
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the interpersonal skills needed to address customer concerns.
- Solid understanding of Store targets and KPI's.
