As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of the team or department by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results and reporting to senior management. You will manage a group of team members using effective feedback and communication of company goals while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities. Communicates business goals, project deadlines, and staff performance with management team. Uses industry and company knowledge to offer a customer-focused experience.
