As a Beauty Concierge Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their beauty dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will: • Show passion for our store, it’s products and services, demonstrating a genuine interest in Beauty • Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and over the phone or email • Manage a VIP client list, creating and developing relationships on the way • Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences • Be creative and come up with new and innovative ideas
Criteria
- We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury beauty and are looking for something uniquely different.
- • Have you worked in the beauty industry previously
- • Do you have knowledge of the beauty industry you wish to share with people
